Graf von Faber Castell Perfect Pencil 260th Anniversary Edition
The Graf von Faber Castell Perfect Pencil 260th Anniversary Edition is a tribute to a pencil that was already part of the product range in the middle of the 19th century – and is now the centrepiece of the Graf von Faber-Castell Collection. The anniversary model has all the characteristic features of this all-rounder – and also comes with luxurious extras that are closely linked to the history of Faber-Castell: The pencil itself is deep black and the metal parts have an anthracite-coloured PVD coating. The decorative engraving of stylised pencils on the cap, which also doubles as an extender, just like on the historic model, is a delicate reference to the company’s roots. Finally, a real jewel gleams on the top of the cap: an artistically faceted jade stone. In Far Eastern mythology, the shimmering green gemstone represents both lived tradition and a promising future – ideal for an anniversary that pays tribute to the merits of the past as well as the exciting challenges of the present.
The pleasure of writing and drawing with a classic pencil depends a good deal on it being well sharpened. But where is the best place to keep a sharpener so that it is always to hand? The Perfect Pencil provides a simple but elegant answer: just where it is needed, on the pencil itself, built into the protective cap that also serves to extend the pencil in use. With the replaceable eraser under the end cap, you have everything together in an ideally compact form and always ready for use: for writing, correcting, and sharpening.
- Limited to 750 pieces with engraved serial number in the clip ring of the extender
- Extender with built-in sharpener
- Eraser under the top of the cap of the pencil
- Finely fluted black pocket pencil with B lead
- High- quality wooden gift box with certificate of the limitation
